The anticipated development will constitute the new beating heart of Laqlouq and is envisaged to serve both residential and hospitality functions composed on one hand of luxurious villas and chalets and on the other of a five stars hotel with exquisitely designed restaurants. Overall, the development is to offer a distinguishable environment and a healthy lifestyle.

This competition is restricted to recent (up to 5 years max) graduates of the architecture program at LAU.  Teams of up to 3 members may be formed, with a maximum of one member not being a graduate of LAU and as long as the lead architect is a graduate of the B.Arch Program at LAU. All participants must be graduates of a recognized architecture program, and their degree should not date back to before December 2008.

The deadline for registration is January 14, 2014, therefore registration emails to info.skyhill@lau.edu.lb are welcomed at the soonest.  Once registered participants will receive the full competition brief and a unique registration number by email.

This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates to engage in a challenging project.
